Like almost all regional, not-for-profit theatres, San Diego REP experiences the "income gap", the difference between what it costs to produce professional theatre and the amount of money we charge for tickets. New Opening Nights Season 39

San Diego REPertory Theatre is so excited to welcome you to Season 39!  We look forward to sharing ‘The Moment Before the Moment’ with you, and hope you will enjoy this special season created for you by our Artistic Director, Sam Woodhouse.

Season 39 will being some exciting changes to our Opening Nights, which will all be on Saturday nights this season.  For our Inner Circle, we are proud to begin hosting exclusive donor-only opening night reception dinners.  There, you will have the opportunity to dine with special artistic guests and members of the REP staff.  Celebrate the Opening Night performance by joining VIP guests and our Trustees at these invitation-only pre-show dinners.     

After the show, we will have a special Cast Party, with cast, crew, and artists featuring live music and late night bites.  Patrons will be invited to stay and meet the cast, enjoy a festive beverage and a nosh. This party replaces the pre-party we have had in previous seasons.

We hope you are as excited as we are for this change in our Opening Night festivities and we look forward to seeing YOU at our first Opening Night dinner for The Pianist of Willesden Lane on Saturday, September 6th at Panda Inn - 506 Horton Plaza, San Diego, CA 92101.
