Replacement tickets are held at Will Call and cannot be mailed.
Student Tickets
Patrons over 17 years of age purchasing student-priced tickets must be ready to show a valid student ID at will call in order to receive the tickets.
Late Seating
The House Manager will attempt to accommodate late seating at the soonest availability in a way that does not disrupt or distract from the performance. If seating will not be possible without interrupting the performance, there is a television located in the outer lobby that telecasts the action on stage.
Child Seating
If you would like your child to experience the wonders of theater, the REP offers discounts with Project Discovery, a program where we partner with local schools for student matinees. Click here for more information.
Though there are no restrictions to bringing a child to a main stage show, it is asked that before doing so the content of the play, fellow audience members, and the actors performing be taken into consideration.
Every individual needs a ticket to enter the theater, including lap babies. The REP does not offer discounted tickets to small children.

Exchanges Questions
Do you charge a fee to exchange tickets?
Every subscriber is allowed exchange requests at no cost.
How late can I exchange my tickets?
Ticket exchanges must be made at least 24 hours prior to the date of the performance printed on your ticket. Please note that exchanges can only be done within the same run of the show of your original tickets.
Why do you need 24 hours notice?
Time is needed to process your request as well as to re-circulate the seats.
Can I be guaranteed that I will get my same seats?
Unfortunately, the constraints of seating volume do not allow the REP to guarantee seat location. When transacting an exchange, the Box Office staff will do their utmost to find the best seats available, however the constraints of seating volume do not allow the REP to guarantee seat location. You will be contacted if the dates requested have no availability.
Why am I paying more for my exchanged tickets?
The REP's ticket pricing structure varies depending on day and time of performance and seating location. You may be requesting a new show date with the only seating available in a higher pricing structure than your original subscription.
The REP cannot offer a refund for exchanging higher priced tickets for less expensive tickets.
